Business Development and Listings Manager

The Business Development and Listings Manager will help establish, grow and facilitate partnerships between projects and Exchanges for mutual benefit, particularly around the listings opportunity.

Business efforts will support:

  • Prospecting new client projects and exchanges
  • Coordinating with internal team members
  • Account management and maintaining CRM records
  • Creative thinking to negotiate deals with projects and exchanges for listings, including listing fees and bringing in the marketing team for the marketing sale

Clients

  • Cold call and find new prospect projects and Exchanges
  • Account Management to grow relationships and also maintain them after the sale
  • Connect projects with the correct partner exchange and help negotiate win-win sales deals
  • Creative minded, and highly organized

Team cooperation

  • Daily coordination with marketing team for marketing sales component
  • Cooperate with sales team, admin, finance and viral bot operations manager on a regular basis
  • Support maintaining accurate records in company CRM.

Reporting Structure

  • This candidate will report to CEO/COO and also work heavily with the Advisor

Qualifications

  • +1 years of sales/account management experience
  • Background and solid understanding in cryptocurrency market
  • Client and internal communication skills
  • Roll-up your sleeves mentality
  • Basic analytical skill set to use data to drive direction
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
