Viral Marketing Operations Manager

The Viral Marketing Operations Manager will be responsible for development, deployment and daily management of the viral marketing campaigns sold to business customers.

Digital Marketing efforts will support:

  • Backend set up, coordinating with development
  • Calculations for rewards
  • Account management in terms of operations management and communicating to clients and internal teams
  • Email marketing support as needed
  • Maintaining and improving workflows

Our team is looking to hire and empower a rock star viral marketing operations manager. This is not a manager position where you provide high level direction. You get in there and do the work, also using the team as your extensions, and you are energized by doing it. It takes a special blend of social marketing expertise and project management, highly organized, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and passionate to succeed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Collect data for bot such as:

    – Listing/IEO Dates

    – Logo’s (Exchange/Project) send over to designer and get the final bot logo.

    – Needed SNS links (Exchange/Project)

    – Project ticker

    – $ allocation

  • Checking up on results and calculate spendings.
  • Attend each meeting with the project for updates on both sides.
  • After bot stopped running extract the e-mails to send it to project/exchange for the distribution

Internal planning

  • Maintain global planning calendars for campaigns
  • Calculate the math for token distribution
  • Decide on the rules (depends on each project)
  • Fill in the bot request form and inform internal teams for coordination
  • managing viral campaign bot and platform issues

Email marketing

  • Sending and following up on media e-mail blasts out of CRM

Reporting Structure

  • This candidate will report to CEO/COO and also work heavily with the Advisor, dotted line report to the Marketing Manager, social accounts.


Our ideal candidate holds a Thai national ID with overseas work and/or education experience.

  • Bachelor’s degree in business (a plus but not required)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational & communication skills
  • Roll-up your sleeves mentality
  • Analytical skill set to use data to drive direction; must enjoy data
  • Roll-up your sleeves mentality, this is not a “hands off” management position
  • Medium to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Project management experience a plus
