Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our management assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform day to day issuing invoices to customer, dispatching codes through the system (including uploading, cutting, resizing and checking duplicate codes)
  • Handle administrative requests and queries from managers and employees
  • Organizing, maintaining, and filing book keeping documentations, payment record, and operation reports
  • Provide general support, information’s and requests from the Management
  • Maintain and organize emails
  • Finding ways to improve administrative processes
  • Order office supplies, etc. (if needed)
  • Scheduling the meeting

Qualifications :

  • Thai nationality, Male/ Female, age 19-35 years old
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas)
  • Proven working experience as an administrative assistant or related field
  • Knowledge of office management system and procedures
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to details, instructions, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (very important)
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Diploma Degree

Salary : 15,000 THB

Workplace : Tek Def Co., Ltd. Head Office (Pattaya, Chonburi)
