The CRO Specialist is responsible for guiding the strategic success of our clients’ Conversion Optimization (CO) and UX consulting engagements. Success will depend on the ability to enthusiastically and competently deliver on the following:

Conversion & UX strategy – from data-driven ideation, execution, reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities :

  • Exceptional project management – demonstrating a passion for continuous learning, iterating and improving; a sound understanding of the digital marketing landscape; a zest for UX design and research and an entrepreneurial spirit to improve processes – from planning to strategy to delivery and continued growth
  • Perform audits of clients’ web analytics implementations and make recommendations to ensure accurate tracking is in place. Use qualitative and quantitative sources of data to develop and execute a conversion rate optimization strategy and testing plan for clients
  • Develop hypotheses and build and execute A/B or multivariate tests according to the optimization strategy and testing plan
  • Partner with our internal design and development team to recommend changes based on winning test results
  • Help create initial, quarterly, and monthly client reports based on test results and other ongoing initiatives
  • Monitor industry trends and new product offerings to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition
  • Provide ongoing recommendations to help clients deliver on key metrics and KPIs, through continuous website testing and user experience improvements
  • Create and execute deliverables that help inform the ideal experiences for users. This could include items such as website audits, web analytics reviews, user journeys analysis, heuristic reviews, wireframes, information architecture reviews, task flows, user scenarios and persona development
  • Help drive the success of client engagements, as the subject matter expert on a number of conversion optimization & UX engagements. Understand the entire process: from KPI definition to execution to insight discover
  • Be able to translate and communicate testing results and data-driven recommendations into an effective message, continually creating insights and value for clients

Qualifications : 

  • Thai nationality, Male / Female, age 25-40 years
  • Good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
  • A bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Digital Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, Economics, Statistics, Information Science, etc.) is preferred
  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a website testing and/or UX focused role, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or jQuery
  • Strong knowledge of one or more testing platforms (e.g. VWO, Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.)
  • Expertise in web analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Adwords, and other analytical tools)
  • Experience using major web content management systems including WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, BigCommerce, Shopify, and Magento
  • Microsoft Office applications (i.e., Word, Advanced Excel)
  • Experience reporting on success/failure of optimization efforts
  • Strong proficiency in digital marketing & effective website design
  • Experienced creating wireframes and functional/interaction specifications
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate articulately both verbally and in writing; positive customer service experience, including managing difficult situations and difficult people
  • A demonstrated capacity and willingness to self-learning
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Creative. In order to reach the goals and tackle problems on the way you need to be able to come up with creative solutions
