IT Sale Executive

Job Description :

IT Sale Executive uses technical and product knowledge to advise and guide customers in purchases and to support them in after-sales care. As an IT Sale Executive, you’ll work with commercial clients, finding the right technological IT service or digital marketing to suit their business needs. In pre-sales, this may involve demonstrating features of a particular product. It may also mean responding to a pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) and then, if short listed, replying to a more detailed information to tender (ITT) document.

Tasks & Responsibilities :

  • Speak to customers, either face to face or over the phone or carrying out cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of IT Service to customers
  • Market and promote a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and attending industry events
  • Develop effective sales plans using sales methodology
  • Meet sales targets set
  • Respond to tender documents, proposals, reports and supporting literature
  • Manage workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals
  • Contribute to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.

Qualifications & Skills

  • This area of work is open to all graduates, but the following subjects may be useful: business information systems/technology, business management, computer science/software engineering/computer engineering, electronics, mathematics, physics, etc.
  • A good level of technical understanding, with enthusiasm for new technology and its commercial uses will be advantage.
  • Self-motivation and a competitive, results-driven attitude
  • Passion, dedication and focus
  • A full, clean driving license – may be needed if the job includes regular travel to clients’ premises.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Good of written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to details, instructions and problem-solving skills
  • Open to Thais and Foreigners but must be already in Thailand

Salary: Base + Commission (Depends on candidate experiences)
Workplace: Pattaya, Chonburi
