Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Project Coordinator to administer and organise all types of projects, from simple activities to more complex plans.

Project Coordinator responsibilities include working to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes for projects. You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, along with administrative duties, and maintaining project documentation.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you’ll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. Ultimately, the Project Coordinator’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, and meet high quality standards.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
  • Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
  • Liaise with the Dutch Office (in English language) to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
  • Prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
  • Analyse risks and opportunities
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

Qualifications :

  • Thai nationality, Male/ Female, age 22-30 years
  • Fluent in English speaking and written skills
  • Strong organisational, multitasking, and time-management skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships
  • Being agile and assertive in order to accept the responsibilities and be able to delegate to others
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
  • Experience with agile project management methodology is preferable
  • Documentation management and ability to use project management tools (e.g. Asana or Trello) will be an advantage
  • Attention to detail even under pressure
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Creative. In order to reach the goals and tackle problems on the way you need to be able to come up with creative solutions

Salary : 15,000 – 20,000 (Depends on skills and experience)

Workplace : Suthep, Chiangmai
